Begun while in McCarthy, AK as Artist in Residence, hosted by the Wrangell Mountains Center. Inspired by the grand and brutal presence of the Kennicott Glacier. The terminus of a glacier is its end---also known as its toe or snout--and is in endless motion, always either retreating or advancing.
